We are a Martial Art & Wellbeing Centre based in Colne, Lancashire. The aim of our company is to equip and empower people for the stresses and dangers of today. We specialise in realistic street self defence and holistic treatments.
We use a method of Martial Art called Keysi Fighting Method which is often abbreviated to KFM, this is a modern method of self defence and not tied to the past like many traditional styles and systems. We do also teach traditional martial arts such as Wing Chun Kung Fu and have very strong links back to china to receive the best information available.
