After years of working for prestigious firms of Solicitors, my team of experts are uniquely positioned to offer support to busy practices without the need for firms to invest the time and money in sourcing expertise. My role as Department Head of Industrial Disease and Non RTA managing specialist teams to ensure that Claimants have the best customer focused service. Since joining the firm in 2010 I have developed the Teams from Solicitors and FCILEX dealing with Non RTA cases to specialist teams, this has allowed the team members to become more knowledgeable in their area, to ensure that work is dealt with more efficiently and cost effectively and to encompass the ever changing landscape with minimal effect to the firm. Through this process I have gained a more varied knowledge to understand the compliance, process and auditing aspects of the Department.

As my role changed, taking on a more Managerial role my direct case load has reduced to 450 cases to include a diverse and high value mixed case load of Industrial Disease and any client’s Probate needs, Fast Track and Multi track cases, together with RTA Fatality cases. However, I have consistently exceeded Billing targets given.
