I am an employment solicitor with 25 years' experience defending employment tribunal claims, dealing with unfair dismissal and discrimination claims including sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination and age discrimination.  I also assist with employment investigations, misconduct, grievances, appeals, performance management, capability, redundancy, TUPE transfers, sickness, maternity and family issues, flexible working requests and dismissals.  I am a qualified mediator and am happy to help with all aspects of employee conflict at work.  I am an expert in employment dispute resolution, business coaching, executive coaching, people performance, team coaching.
