Working to provide treatment for sports injuries in recreation, competitions and training environments providing excellent knowledge of injury prevention and being able to plan and utilise rehbilitation programmes effectively.
Assesments and treatments provided as are necessary with appropriate referral where needed.
Providing sports massage to reduce muscle soreness, tension both pre and post competition to maximise performance and recovery.
