Summary
I am a qualified Solicitor specialising in Employment Law within the Employment and Pensions Team in Hill Dickinson LLP's Business Services Group; I completed my Training Contract with Hill Dickinson LLP between September 2007 and September 2009; fully qualifying in September 2009.
I have advised a wide range of clients from owner managed business to national retailers; I regularly provide advice in relation to Employment Tribunal proceedings, disciplinary and grievance matters, managed exits of key employees and day-to-day employment matters as and when they arise.
I particularly enjoy working on contentious employment matters and defending Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers. However, my workload is varied and I have the experience of acting in High Court employment litigation, share and asset transfers, questions of territorial jurisdiction and the giving of business immigration advice.
My training experience involves running four (4) 'Day at Tribunal' training sessions each year. Attendees are typically witnesses in forthcoming Tribunal matters or Human Resource professionals; I tend to work closly with the attendees, providing them with a detailed insight to the workings and procedure of a 'typical' day at Tribunal.
