Welcome to Illuminate Training Solutions (ITS), a national provider of quality commercial training.
ITS was created to expand and diversify the hugely successful employer arm of Blackpool and The Fylde College, an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ college.
Having a dedicated employer-facing brand will allow us to become more responsive, with our experienced team able to focus solely on supporting your business.
Building on the strengths and successes of Blackpool and The Fylde College, we will continue to support business growth through bespoke and off-the-shelf training, and through our full suite of apprenticeships.
Additionally, as a national training provider, we will be looking to expand our provision and introduce ways to add value and increased flexibility for our customers.

Training can be delivered in the work place with minimal disruption to the working day / night. We can also assist with commercial courses and offer a free recruitment service for Apprentices and part time job vacancies. I can offer this via a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
