I needed to arrange some funding for a building project but I wasn't sure of what sort of mortgage I required.
I had a zoom meeting with Ian and explained my situation. Ian listened carefully and advised on the types of mortgage I could consider and the best way forward. He asked me for some details and to gather some simple information. He then approached lenders and within three days came back with a mortgage offer.
Gone are the days of trawling the high street to speak to lenders. The whole process was pretty much done and dusted within around 3 weeks. I've never known something to be so smooth. Ian was great to deal with such a quick turnaround his professionalism shines through.
