Frank was appointed "Head of Credit Control" on a part-time consultancy contract basis for 6 months that was extended for a further 3 months.
During this time, Frank oversaw the integration of a new bank account for both our Contract & Perm accounts. He was also involved in the review and amendment of our current billing processes to ensure a smooth billing process was in place whilst managing our two credit controllers.
Frank's management style was very much hands on and he led by example. This was the case in particular with one of our major clients whom always proved difficult to work with in respect of billing process and recovery of aged debt that required both resolution and resolve.
