Today I attended an Inclusive Behaviours training session led by Andy Marshall, and what really stood out was how naturally he got everyone involved. He created a space where people felt comfortable sharing openly. So much so that I found myself sharing something personal, which I wouldn’t usually do in a new group or unfamiliar setting. 😄
It also challenged how I think about diversity, breaking down assumptions I didn’t even realise I was holding. It was one of those rare learning sessions where I genuinely felt heard and listened to.
