I’m a Director and Co-Founder of Silverline Consulting, where we help businesses reduce employee and operational costs, increase capacity and create the teams they need to grow, saving businesses on average of 40% to 55% in employee costs.
At Silverline, we provide outsourced and managed teams across customer service, administration, sales, lead generation, any contact centre operations and social media management.
A key part of what we do is helping businesses significantly reduce the cost of employing and operating teams. By outsourcing, clients can reduce the impact of rising costs such as National Insurance, National Minimum Wage increases, holiday and employment costs, recruitment and onboarding, office space, equipment and the wider costs of running an in-house operation.
Depending on what a client needs, we can provide the team, manage the operation and performance, or work alongside their existing management structure. The aim is always the same: lower costs, improve capacity and give businesses more freedom to focus on growth.
