Experience
I have in excess of 8 years of company and commercial experience. I specialise in M&A transactions and private equity and advise on all aspects of Company Law and the Companies Act 2006.
I have acted on panels of some of the largest business brokers in the UK and World and through this experience, I am able to identify key issues in any situation. I am pragmatic and focused when providing advice and I have built up strong relationships with SME’s and entrepreneurs.
I am hands-on and I understand that selling a business is an emotional, not just a commercial decision. My extensive experience enables me to advise on the balance of risk and reward of any transaction and I believe getting the deal done is absolutely crucial, provided it is the right deal for the client.
Recent matters
Advised shareholders on the sale of its UK Manufacturing business for in excess of €90mil.
Acted on the panel of the world’s leading business broker and advised on numerous sales and acquisitions ranging from £50,000 - £15,000,000
Advised shareholders on the joint venture to develop the UK’s largest leisure development.
Acted for minority interest shareholders on a £3mil investment in a health and beauty business.
Acted for an entrepreneur on the franchising of his Yoga business.
Advised on the terms of a distribution agreement to distribute vehicles manufactured by a British multinational automotive company in the Caribbean.
Advised shareholders of a large residential estate on their rights under the Companies Act 2006 and the Articles of Association with a view to remove the board of directors and management agents.
