Summary

I'm a sales and strategic marketing specialist, I've worked with UK and International companies researching and training in the sales and marketing field to enable me to have a wider knowledge of how marketing can work in different types of businesses. I've been fully trained in sales and have completed face to face and telephone sales myself before moving into the training and coaching element.

In the marketing section I work as a consultant either providing advice in what marketing strategies to implement or with a more 'hands on' approach implementing full roadmaps and strategies, depending on what my client prefers.

In the sales section I work more as a developer and trainer, understanding what my clients currently do or don't do, how this can be improved and what steps to take. Whether it be one person who is answering the phone at a reception desk every day, or a team of people working in a call centre.
