Summary
I help to empower ambitious women to co-create their progression path by improving confidence and communication skills in the workplace. I work both 1:1 with clients, and offer Group Coaching programs for businesses to help address gender balance in leadership roles.
My corporate programs are unique in that I can tailor these to include things such as:
- Referencing company values
- Focussing on areas where improvement is required e.g. Public Speaking, Stakeholder management, meeting etiquette etc
- Incorporating popular personality tests
