Summary

Having been a financial controller with one of the UKs largest manufacturing companies for 35 years, I became aware of the lack of financial knowledge in the UK, and how this negatively impacts a persons wellbeing and mental health. In 2020 I made the decision to become a financial coach and along with ammonite our mission is to make financial guidance both accessible and affordable to all.

As a Financial coach with ammonite I help individuals gain a better understanding of their finances, both now and for the future, I will conduct a 45 minute coaching session which includes a financial healthcheck and along with the individual understand their future life goals, including retirement planning. The cost of this coaching session is £75.

Then if required the advisors at ammonite will create a financial plan for £100 tailored to the individuals life goals.

By having a healthcheck and enabling a plan an individual can improve their financial wellbeing and therefore allow them to concentrate on the other important things in their lives.

Financial Wellbeing is increasing important to all of us, especially post Covid. Worrying about money not only has a direct impact on mental and physical wellbeing, but it also affects an employees’ output in the workplace.  

This package can be provided directly to individuals or via organisations as part of an employee benefits / wellbeing initiative, the benefits to both are as follows,

  • Reduce staff turnover and sickness levels.
