As Director and founder of Magic Monkey Coaching & Business Solutions, I am committed to delivering the highest standard of coaching and business advice to both the individual and the organisation. I believe that outstanding performance can be achieved through engagement, motivation and positive thinking at all levels within a business.
Personal Coaching
I also offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions to individuals for a wide range of topics including; Career, confidence , change of direction, motivation, procrastination, lack of vision, work-life balance, money troubles and relationships.
Professional Coaching
I offer a programme of coaching sessions to senior managers and Directors who wish to perform at the highest level in their role.
Team Coaching
I work with teams and individuals to help them understand the best way to achieve outstanding results.
With all coaching I employ tried and tested methods of working with people to achieve their goals. I believe that the individual needs to feel comfortable with the coaching process and I therefore conduct a thorough life assessment before any commitment is made. If a client decides to continue with a series of sessions I will refund the initial consultation fee.

I offer bespoke solutions to meet the needs of any business in any sector. However I will always follow a structured approach to gain a deep understanding of the client’s requirements.
I have gained significant knowledge and experience from successfully designing & implementing business improvements for a variety of industry sectors. Including; Banking, Finance, Communications, Service Industry, Public sector, Manufacturing and Logistics.
My experience is also unpinned by a detailed knowledge of Lean & six sigma methodologies
