I'm passionate about selling, I have seventeen years of experience in various selling roles.
My selling career has been in healthcare dealing with the NHS, one of the biggest conglomerates in the world and the fifth largest employer on the planet! Of course I'd say all the best sales people come from the medical industry but I may be slightly biased, the NHS are no pushover with layer upon layer of stakeholder, all your skills are needed to get a simple sale but above all it's the greatest selling learning ground I can think of.
My positions with Johnson and Johnson, Biotronik, Cryolife and Spectranetics were varied, from being on a breakthrough growth team for Johnson and Johnson where I just concentrated on growth with new products to business development with made for different challenges. Sales Management lead me to deal with European customers and to look at how different cultures purchased.
My experience of Sales and Marketing is wide and varied, man management experience has taught me how to understand people and differing behaviours, I'm still learning.
During my career as I got older I realised that I was tending to impart my knowledge to other colleagues and later to friends and contacts within local business, I enjoyed this to such an extent that I got trained to train and decided to work for myself helping business on a permanent basis.
And now, well it's not just a job, it's a passion.
