Summary
My overall responsibility as head of Pareto’s Sales Training Business division is to achieve the company Sales Training target. With over 30 years of sales and leadership experience my skills as a motivator and team leader are second to none, and I am no stranger to leading and managing teams to training success. I currently lead a strong team of 23 training consultants, all of which work in conjunction with each other to maximise results for our clients. This involves identifying bespoke training opportunities for those who need to upskill, and integrating a tailored training programme to encourage business growth and increase the skills and confidence of salespeople when they need it most.
I combine my responsibility for sales with the delivery of consultative training in the UK and abroad, ensuring that my team are all providing a thorough and comprehensive service to our clients internationally. Alongside this, my schedule is filled with running sales assessment centres for businesses across a range of industry sectors, giving me and my team the ability to focus on transforming sales teams for the long term, ensuring they are left with measurable results.
