At Leap76 our mission is to "Inspire People to Create a Better Future" and this is central to all our offerings.
We are a team of Coaches with significant Executive and Senior Management expertise from outstanding corporations such as Toyota, Jaguar Land Rover, Tata Steel and Cummins.
Our business reputation has been earned off the back of numerous extremely successful Transformation projects across multiple sectors including Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, Education and Retail. Our SEED transformational approach invariably commences with engagement of Senior Management teams to ensure that improvements are sustained well beyond any engagement period.
Through our work with organisations, we have developed several training programmes, including our Leadership Academy which is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Our programmes are different to the "standard" with almost no PowerPoint style slides, instead focussing on high levels of interaction and hands-on tasks. All programmes are "audience-led" to ensure that all learners get the richest experience whilst ensuring that all learning outcomes are achieved.
We also offer personal coaching through our Performance Mindset programme, which currently has many professional athletes, company executives, leaders and students subscribed. All the expertise and learning that we apply to our Performance Mindset coaching is also used to shape and enhance our training programmes.
