Carolyn Blunt from Real Reuslts Training delivered two training sessions on telephone handling and how to deal with difficult customers on the telephone. Each of the courses were delivered very professionally, they were well planned and structered. Carolyn displayed excellent skills in adapting the course to meet the needs of the individuals in a very subtle way. The days were very positive and Carolyn was very interesting to listen too.
