Established in 1997, Emmsar Accountancy is a small practice based outside Warrington providing general accountancy services to businesses located in Cheshire, Manchester, Merseyside and South Lancashire.
WORKING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENTS
Clients are predominantly owner managed businesses with turnover up to £5 million who are seeking a personal service, tailored to the needs of small businesses and require a professional service delivered at a cost effective rate.
WORKING WITH OTHER ACCOUNTANTS
We regularly provide management accountancy services to other accountants on a subcontract basis. Length of engagements will vary but work is always undertaken on the basis that any partner firm will retain ultimate control of their client.
Typically, such work involves an existing client of a larger accountancy practice that requires improvements in their internal accounting systems and where basic accounts preparation is particularly time consuming.
Staff charge out rates set to cover costs incurred in maintaining a professional practice and compliance with the demands of professional bodies often make such work uneconomic to undertake.
In such cases, use of our low cost assistance can resolve short term difficulties and help secure client retention for the future.Our current client base is a mixture of sole traders, partnerships and small companies.
