Buildings Insurance Claims Management Service, Acting on behalf of the Policy Holder in the event of making a Buildings Insurance Claim. We manage the whole process of a claim, From Inspecting the Damage, Taking photos & doing all the Paperwork & Repair schedule. We submit all the documentation to the Policy Holders Insurance Company, We negotiate directly with the Insurance Company & any Loss Adjusters appointed in relation to the claim. We will attend any Prpoerty visits from the Insurance & Loss Adjuster & negotiate the required repairs & cost to reinstate ther Property to Pre Loss Condition. Concept Claims Solutions are FCA regulated & Authorised to Manage Buildings Insurance Claims on behalf of the Policy Holder. We try to take all the stress of an Insurance Claim away from the Policy Holder. On agreeing the repiar cost wit hte Insurance Concept the appoint approved Contractors to carry out the repairs agreed wit the Insurance. Concept then Invoice the Insurance for thew work carried out to the agreed repair cost. No charge is made to the Policy Holder for our service except for the Policy Excess on the Claim.
