Complete Care Services (CCS) is a domiciliary care agency established in 1989 providing care services to people in their own homes; we have three sites spread around Lancashire: in Preston, Burnley and Pendle, and in Rossendale.
We provide an excellent standard of service to people across a wide range of ages who need support in their own homes; we provide all aspects of personal and domestic care, taking fully into consideration the individual needs of our customers. Special dietary requirements are met as are religious and cultural needs. We offer our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. Complete Care Services provides home care packages for anybody who needs our help. We have a large home care support worker team with many skills and years of experience to meet all personal and domestic needs, to meet specific dietary needs, administer medication and take into consideration religious and cultural needs.
We are an accredited Preferred Provider of Lancashire County Council, and included on their Safe Traders List. Each office is registered with the Care Quality Commission and is inspected regularly.

Area of Expertise
We have experience in the care of the elderly and looking after and people who have suffered from a stroke, have MS, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, cancer and Schizophrenia to name just a few.
We are also highly experienced at re-enabling people after an accident or a fall, helping to ensure independence with the right amount of help and support.
