You may feel you need to cram as much information on the sign as possible so people know what you do. However, people won't remember what you do with so much text going on. Less is more!
2. Poor location choice
Sometimes people don't give their signage location too much thought and it can often be in a place where people don't see it. Your sign is in place to show you and your services off, which it won't be doing if poorly located.
3. Too big or too small
Is there anything worse than when you're passing by and you can't read the sign because it's too small for where it's located? This is another mistake people make with their signage.
