The times have led to many training providers offering Online training as a replacement to Instructor led training. Can Online training replace, Instructor led training?
Online training cannot provide many of the social interactions, attendees experience when in a face to face training session. Weaker students struggle with Online training courses and often give up due to them not having appropriate support when it is required.
Students who struggle on an Instructor led training course will struggle even more with an Online training course. Online trainers will need to consider the needs of those who are less engaged to work with them and engage them.
Online training courses need a strong curriculum and strong pedagogical practices, without them online training will not be successful for all students.
