My name is Andrew Williams and I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Home Inspector and Commercial Energy assessor. We survey domestic properties for Home Condition surveys, domestic extensions and legal claims work.
Can carry out level 3 and Level 4 Commercial EPCs including CO2 calculations for new build commercial. Would like introductions to local Architectural practices who need help with Building regulation applications.
All aspects of Quantity Surveying works including Bills of Quantities, estimating, claims and bank verification.
