LM2EX Hints and Tips (3) - What everyone needs at…

Having spent hours totalling months attending and participating at international exhibitions, I’d like to think that I’ve done it and got the t-shirt.
Getting your exhibition booth organised and in tip top shape for presenting to customers is extremely important and many a time I and my team were left frustrated because we didn’t have the right ‘tools’ to reach this important objective. This could be due to the fact that each of us for example would expect to bring a screw driver or hammer and ended up bringing nothing. At other times we had to go out and purchase extension leads because we hadn’t thought that we were exhibiting where the plugs and sockets were completely different to what we’re used to at home.
Does it sound familiar?
Well, I thought I’d share below a list of what you probably need in your exhibitor tool kit in order to be best prepared for such an event.

1) Tape measure
2) Hammer
3) Screw drivers
4) Allen keys
5) Velcro strips
6) Gaffer tape
7) Clear adhesive tape
8) Power extension – Voltage, frequency and plug dependent
9) Stapler
10)  Scissors
11)  Felt pens
12)  Sticky note pads
13)  Adhesive labels
14)  Drawing pins
15)  Re-usable adhesive putty
16)  Spirit level
17)  Duster
18)  Microfibre cloth
19)  Cleaner
20)  First Aid Kit

If getting each individual item purchased is an activity that you don’t have time for, then we can provide you with a ‘one stop’ shop being able to supply you with all that’s required in one place in a robust box, making booth prep and close down a much easier experience.

Please contact us if you’re interested in obtaining more information on what we offer for various parts of the world where electrical services will differ.
