Attending exhibitions/shows can be overwhelming whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular. You don’t need the worry of putting your display up correctly and on time. Although your roller banners are pretty straight forward of putting up, there are other displays like pop ups, T3 systems that are slightly more complex if you’re a first timer. So this is where fabric displays come in. They are becoming increasingly popular amongst exhibitors because of their lightweight, portable and high impact qualities.
There are many reasons to go for fabric display stands if you’re exhibiting or showing at an event. I won’t ramble on about all the positives and how you NEED to invest in fabric display stands. However, I will mention just a few reasons why you may be noticing them more and more.
Fabric displays are essentially the lightweight frame and a stretch printed graphic that simply pulls over the top and zips up. Easy?... I know right!
In our showroom we have our own T3 System in place with a light box and digital advertising screens, as well as 2 fabric displays showing 2 of the many styles and sizes you can go for.
These are our very own printed fabric display stands. The stand above is our Formulate Snake Stand which is printed double sided. Below is our Formulate Serpentine Stand also printed double sided.
- Portable & lightweight - you'll sure know with popups come the large carry case that holds the frame and graphic panels (and definately know about the importance to carefully roll the panels back up). With fabric displays you get the lightweight frame with a graphic made from a stretch material all placed in carry bag that is much smaller than a popup carry case!
- High impact - fabric display stands are making your roller banners look outdated! They are high quality prints and look very professional when you're at events and shows. Especially with the variety of shapes and sizes you can get.
- Durability - with your fabric display stands you aren't having to worry about scratches and wear showing. This is because the material is made to last and be resistant to scratches and creases. (you may be wondering how are you sure it doesn't crease? well this is because of the stretch in the material and it going over the aluminium frame). After use, you simply fold the fabric like you would with your bedding and place in your carry bag. You would also be pleased to know the graphic is fine to be machine washed.
- Quick assembly - the biggest factor to why people are using fabric displays more and more is down to how quick and easy they are to assemble. The frame comes in parts that are numbered and easily fit with one another. Once the frame is ready, the graphic slides over and zips up. Taking it down is just as simple. Remove the graphic and bit by bit the frame comes apart.
