My First Webcam Call
In the mid-90s, webcams were brand new. On Christmas Day, we set one up at our dinner table to connect with family in Canada.
For the first time, we could see and hear each other in real-time.
It might seem ordinary now, but back then it felt magical. That moment showed me how computers weren’t just for work, they could bring people closer too.
